"Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document"

This error appears when you are trying to open a file that Photoshop can't process. This can happen after extracting the mockup files from the zip and there are several extra files displayed that are usually hidden. These are data files and will have "._" at the beginning of the file name.

These files are NOT the mockup files and will not open in Photoshop. You can delete these to avoid confusion. The correct mockup files will NOT have ._ in the file name.

Another way to tell the difference is to look at the size of the file. Our mockups will uysually be 150mb+ and the date files will only be a few bytes in size.
